About Me

I believe a successful business requires two things - developing people & implementing systems. A key measure of success is how well the business runs without the leader.

I’ve spent 20+ years in retail/commercial operations, facilities and construction industries. I've managed retail stores, been a project manager for retail construction and facilities teams, team leader for a $20mm facilities team & $70mm construction / design team, national accounts team lead for a refrigeration contractor and a general manager for a small commercial general contractor.

I currently run a residential remodeling company called Blue Level Builders. And live out my “passion for people” through Blue Level Leadership Services - a people coaching and fractional leadership services business.
